Breathing Technique to Enhance Mind Power
The 'power' of your mind also depends on how you feed your brain with oxygen. The more oxygen you feed to your brain, the stronger its signal be.
Practise this. Three steps breathing, inhale for 6 seconds, hold for 6 seconds and exhale through your mouth for another 6 seconds. Do it 11 rounds, it can be done every day.
You can sense that your signal is stronger.

Be Your Own Bomoh? Treat Yourself
How do we use our mind to treat ourselves?
But frankly, I am not sharing with you complicated techniques, but simple one.
By chance when you fall ill, before you go to sleep, do this:
a. Call your own full name
b. Instruct yourself to recover fully the next morning
c. Be confident
d. Go to sleep.
And go to sleep. Oh ye, do it when you are already lying down.
